The client -

Randstad have partnered with a global organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant. This opportunity is based in the CBD. The role -

In this role you will be responsible for performing executive level administrative duties along with providing general office and team support. Duties to be performed but not limited to include the following:

  • Comply to and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day
  • Effectively manage and coordinate calendar, email, travel and daily schedule
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support for meetings including distribution of materials, meeting room preparation, minute taking and action tracking
  • Provide administrative support to other teams, and on-boarding of new starters
  • Compile reports and documentation (including PowerPoint presentations)
  • Coordinate meetings for wide ranges of stakeholders and compile relevant agendas
  • Focus on continuous improvement and simplification by reviewing administrative practices and implementing new ideas and techniques
  • Execute projects as required

  • Proactive and intuitive work style
  • Exceptional engagement style and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Expertise in dealing with sensitive and strictly confidential information
  • Prior experience in a Senior Administrative role
  • Forward thinker with a strong commitment to getting the job right the first time and completed
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills are essential
  • SAP experience highly advantageous
