A majority of the assignments can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months and are a great way to get your foot in the door and gain some experience within the Government sector.

As the Executive Assistant you will provide end to end executive support to your executives and work closely with the wider Corporate Management team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Diary and calendar management
  • End to end coordination of management meetings including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Preparation of monthly reports including proof reading
  • Event management including venue, invites, RSVP’s and catering
  • Records and database management
  • Managing incoming communication via calls, emails and letters

The successful candidates will be professionally presented, have exceptional communication skills and a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
