Randstad has been partnering with Government departments and authorities across Australia for over 25 years. We are currently urgently seeking multiple experienced, high level Executive Assistants for an immediate requirement within State & Federal Government.

As the Executive Assistant you will provide end to end 1:1 executive support to the Director and work closely with varying internal departments and senior managers. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Diary and calendar management
  • End to end coordination of internal and external meetings including a high level of board support (minute taking)
  • Scheduling appointments to determine competing priorities
  • Records and database management
  • Managing incoming communication via calls, emails and letters

The successful candidates will be immaculately presented, have exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including Outlook and have a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
