A 6 month, full time opportunity (with posibility to go permanent) for an experienced Executive Assistant is available to join a prestigious Catholic College based in the inner suburbs of Adelaide commencing July 2022. Offering education from ELC to Year 12 the college is a vibrant and innovative learning community dedicated to leading their students forward throughout the most important years of their life.

The EA to the Principal plays a pivotal role in the organisation of the College and assists the Principal in their day-to-day work to ensure the smooth running of the Principal’s office. They will actively support the Catholic foundation and ethos of the College and will work to enhance the reputation of the College through positive and professional contact with the community.

About you

• Demonstrate support and application of the School’s Vision and Strategic Plan
• Participate in the Dominican Formation Program
• Previous experience as an EA to the Principal or equivalent (i.e CEO)
• Demonstrate a spirit of teamwork, trustworthiness and approachable
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess executive level skills and application in the use and knowledge of computer software products, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
• Typing skills 75 wpm
• Ability to prepare, draft and edit presentation documents, reports and publication submissions
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders of the School's community
• Present to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and corporate manner
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Be flexible and adaptable in approaching work and willingness to undertake professional development
• Knowledge and experience of Catholic School procedures and protocols desirable
• Experience in the use of systems: Synergetic and SEQTA
