About the role

I am looking for an experienced EA to support the new CEO of a CBD based organisation. This will be an ongoing temporary full-time role (standard Monday-Friday) working week.

Duties may include:

  • Diary, email and call management for the CEO.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for the Executive Officer’s
  • Coordinating meetings and the required documentation/presentations.
  • Reconciling the CEO’s expenses
  • Working closely with the EA to the CFO and regularly liaising with senior staff
  • Developing and completing reports and spread sheets
  • Ensuring all documents requiring CEO approval are managed in a timely manner.


To be successful in this role you will have;

  • At least 3 years EA/PA experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills; professional at all times.
  • A pro-active work attitude where you can pre-empt/foresee needs.
  • Great time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail/grammar.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure/fast paced environment.
