Randstad is sourcing for an experienced Administrator to work with a Government organisation in the Hunter Region. This temporary full-time contract is for 3 months initially with an immediate start.

Your remit will be broad, supporting across many functions which are to include effective, responsive and professional administration services to the Finance and Administration unit along with business support to the organisation.

  • Facilitate the organisation of meetings including content set up and management
  • Organise and maintain general office stock including stationary and office supplies
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office equipment
  • Process and reconcile monthly account statements
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive members
  • Professional and timely internal and external customer service

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or other relevant equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and liaise effectively with customers both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the use of electronic document records management systems and customer request systems
  • Experience with office administration / coordination desirable
  • TRIM experience desirable
