job description

For a wellknown University in Melbourne, we are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators.

We have ongoing casual positions during the different exam periods.

The invigilators are responsible for:

  • Setting up the room before the exams
  • Checking the required exam materials
  • Set up the examination clock presentation
  • Ensure there is no delay to start the exams exactly on time
  • Checking the exam room entry of all students making sure all students bring the required documents
  • Supervising the exam room during the exam to ensure a fraudulent proof exam
  • Collecting all examination papers at the end of the exam
  • Returning all examination papers to the Senior Exam Invigilator

Invigilators should devote their whole attention to the continious supervision of candidates and the should ensure that candidates are not left unattended at any time and they are not disturbed.
