A tier 3 fit-out and refurbishment business due to a very large portfolio of secured work with repeat clients is now looking to add another estimator / Senior Estimator to the team. Our client is predominately delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects in the health sector.
The Role
- Overseeing submission of tender
- Negotiating best prices from sub-contractors
- Submission of works program as part of tender
- Co-ordination and delivering accurate estimates for several fit-out projects
- An understanding of on site fit out profitability
Experience/Qualifications Required
... - Tertiary or trade qualification in construction
- Minimum 3 years in an estimating role for a commercial builder or shopfitting company in Australia
- Proven ability to win work in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector
- Ability to use construction estimating software or pick up new systems quickly
