The Company

This company is a leading superannuation fund and they currently have opportunities available within their estates and processing site. This is a great opportunity to commence within a supportive team in a permanent capacity.

This opportunity is largely administrative and also involves phone based work where you will service the requests from numerous stakeholders around estates management and finalisation. This role requires the highest level of attention to detail and professionalism.

The Role

• End to end management of estates claims
• Accurate preparation of relevant documents for review
• Consistently display high levels of professionalism and confidentiality with claim content
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders including third parties
• Comply with all relevant policies and regulations

The Candidate

To be successful you will have experience in providing high-quality customer service in a fast paced environment. You will thrive working to tight deadlines and delivering exceptional customer support in everything that you do.

We are looking for candidates that have:

• Superannuation industry experience
• Estates experience is necessary
• Contact centre experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Strproblem-solving skills with the ability to use your own initiative to make decisions that all in line with company policy and procedure.
• Working towards tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy & efficiency, multitasking and excellent attention to detail
