As the ERP Systems Support Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving system incidents, supporting business improvements, and administering daily operations to ensure the effective delivery of business requirements. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain, support, and enhance our ERP systems, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for ERP Information Systems, including system configuration, user access management, and maintaining system parameters.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ERP system data, ensuring data quality and performing system administrator functions.
- Coordinate and perform change management activities, as well as SIT, UAT, regression, and PVT testing for system changes.
- Support the enablement of business requirements through enhanced configuration and performance of ERP systems.
- Maintain and support end-to-end data flows and integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver new functionalities and enhancements.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments, and implement necessary security measures to protect information systems and data.
- Support and promote WH&S policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with TechnologyOne ERP is required
- Proven experience in ERP system support and administration, with a focus on service availability, performance, and capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer experience needs into system design and business requirements.
- Sharp strategic thinking, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong project management skills.
- Experience administering finance or HR/Payroll systems is highly regarded.
- Valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Unrestricted and valid working rights applicable to working in Brisbane.
