Randstad is currently looking for expressions of interest for a Customer Service Advisor position on the Gold Coast. We are looking for candidates who have very strong administration skills, have high attention to detail and can really build a rapport with clients and customers.
Taking care of the day-to-day administration tasks to help the day run as smoothly as possible.
... We are looking for team members who can remain cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with any operational improvements where necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients of the business via various communication channels
- Efficiently complete data entry and data handling duties using excel and CRM Systems
- Maintain confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information
- Handle patient records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Highly organised with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience utilising MS Excel to track jobs and complete reports
- High attention to detail and ability to show resilience.
