Randstad are currently seeking expressions of interest for our Call Centre clients across the private and public sector. We are looking for our next customer service ambassadors to represent Randstad’s highly respected brand.
You will be from a customer service background with at least 1 year of call centre experience. To stand out, you will go above and beyond for your customers, be highly resilient and adaptable to new work environments.
Your New Position:
- Providing high level of customer service to incoming calls/email queries
- Assist customers with their general enquiries
- Taking high volume of inbound calls
- Have an understanding of Legislation and Policies

- 3 -6 month contracts with the possibility of extension or permanency
- Hourly rate of $25-$41 per hour
- Exceptional training and support
- Experience in customer service - call centre desirable
- Ability to interpret legislation
- Intermediate computer literacy and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and written skills
