job description

Randstad Albury is currently seeking expressions of interest for administrators in Albury and Wodonga starting in December 2020.

Duties:

  • Answering phones and attending to a range of customer and client queries
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements within the organisation
  • Co-ordinate meetings and organise catering services
  • General filing and archiving
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Using in house systems
  • Co-ordinating timecards for casual workers
  • Adhoc administrative duties and office errands

Experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email, and Access is ideal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Understanding of excellent customer service.
