Key responsibilities would usually include:
- Assistance with accounts payable and receivables
- Management of inbox, responding to internal and external queries
- Assist with debt collection
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Management of customer accounts
- Financial reporting
Core skills and experience includes
- Strong accounting experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Be a team player with values aligned to ours.
- Have the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
- Have the ability to work remotely if required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using finance systems, including MYOB, Xero, Reckon, SAP, FinanceOne
- Ability to work well under pressure.
