    This is a fantastic opportunity for a client side environmental planning consultant to help develop a multi-billion dollar light rail infrastructure project through EIS stage.

    As a environmental planning consultant you will be responsible for:
    • Preparing an environmental assessment for a large infrastructure project.
    • Reviewing EIS documents from the perspective of the client side project team and providing feedback to the nominated environmental consultant
    • Providing input into technical issues such as air quality and noise
    • Assisting the environmental manager in managing the program and cost
    • Establishing meetings, providing correspondence and technical documents where required
    To be successful in the role you will need to have had:
    • Demonstrated EIS preparation across all phases with an appreciation of community experience
    • Experience in dealing with government agencies and the regulator
    • The ability to resolve day to day environmental issues and be able to deliver to project milestones
