Your new company is one of Australia's largest privately owned companies; they have been operating for over 60 years and are in a very stable position in a mature market, with a vision to be the global leader in their field. Due to increasing work load you will be joining a high performing and successful team at their Smithfield office. This is a great opportunity for an eager and motivated individual to join a successful worldwide company.

Your new role will be to provide a seamless and exceptional customer service experience to new and existing customers to satisfy and strive for excellent customer service. This is a varied and exciting role which will involve networking and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders received via phone and email.
  • Confirm delivery schedule meets customer needs
  • Provide a outstanding level of customer service
  • Accurately action orders and request’s in a efficiently and timely manner
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Other general ad hoc duties

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You will have a customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
  • Similar customer service experience with a stable working history
  • You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to adapt behavior increases your ability to communicate and build relationships with other people.
  • You will adhere to WH&S practices and our company values
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office , Power Point, Excel and Windows
