Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, providing advice, support, and resolution.
- Investigate employee concerns and workplace disputes, ensuring a fair, consistent approach.
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners to address and resolve employee-related issues, enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws in all employee matters.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to develop action plans to improve retention.
- Work closely with the management team to promote positive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of employee-focused programs that drive company culture and morale.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee issues and cases while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on conflict resolution and best practices.
Who You Are:
- You have a background in Human Resources (tertiary qualifications & at least 3 years of experience), preferably with really strong experience in Employee Relations.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organisation.
- You have a solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations practices.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Preference for a backgrouund in blue collar workforces.
