Machine Operator (Repair Production)

Responsibilities:

Production Operator on assembly line to perform product testing
Manual agility and the ability to maintain a constant, quick pace on assembly line
Good visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in finished products
Positions parts in specified opening screws or bolts them in place with hand tools
Places components in predetermined sequence on revolving spindles or dumps components into hoppers
Ensure production target and quality requirements are met
Ensure production area is kept neat and organised

Debug Technician (Repair production)

Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge of all production stations process so as to provide debug and diagnostic support to defective product received from the production line
Diagnose and perform troubleshooting to analyze defective product
Perform product debug testing and repair
Ensure products are repaired with the high standards
Participate in continuous improvement to reduce product failures for Debugging
Maintenance of products allocated for training
Skills in using basic hand tools for general assembly and disassembly
Any other duties assigned by Superior
