SCOPE

• Testing of fire systems including but not limited to Vesda Detection systems, fault find and repair.
• Fault finding on fire loops (node) & panels including Earth faults.
• Integrity testing for suppression systems
• Fire suppression testing
• Fire Dampers inspections
• Fire Hose reel inspections
• Replacing call points, EWPA systems and detectors Smoke, Heat, and linear Beam
• Tagging Extinguishers & Blankets
• FM200 system faults & testing
• Annual, Monthly,1yr, 5yr testing of EWPA & Fire detection system in line with AS1851.
• Monitoring of Onyx system (onsite addressable system) identifying faults
• All logbook entries for assets to enable auditing.
• Basic computer skills

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Trade Cert – Electrical
• WA Electrical License
• Cert II Fire Protection, Inspection and Testing
• EAHL/FM200
• Class C Driver’s License
• CPR/LVR
• First Aid
• Working at Heights
• Elevated Work Platform
• White Card
• MSIC (Desirable)
