Electrical Service ManagerRandstad Recruitment is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to join a respected, high quality contractor within the commercial Electrical sector.

Our client is looking for a self starter who is willing to develop and manage existing clientele relationships.Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are seeking a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a clear direction for their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day team management
  • Meet agreed time frames, ensuring profit margins and cost objectives are met on all contracts
  • Project management
  • Be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key industry personnel and clientele
  • The ability to recognise growth opportunities
  • Co-ordinating materials and sub-contractors
  • Working with the sales team to win new contracts and grow market share
Experience required:

  • At least 4 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Well rounded experience as a service manger working in the commercial, government and defence sectors
  • Electrical trade qualification, engineering degree or diploma
  • Excellent planning and prioritising ability and commitment to meeting tight deadlines
  • Well developed analytic and problem solving skills
  • A natural negotiator coupled with the ability to establish and maintain key relationships
