Ensuring the effective coordination and management in media and communication-related events, including ministerial or agency launches, campaigns and other events.
Provide advice and assistance on issues and opportunities, including media handling, proactive media and communication activities and campaigns.
Leading and managing the work of a team, including actively managing the performance and development of staff, team resources and budget.
Capabilities
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver timely, high quality and consistent messaging and measured communications outcomes for diverse audiences.
Motivates and empowers others, providing clear direction, development and coaching, and modelling behavioural standards.
