... About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A daily rate of $602.55. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities
Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Leading, researching and identifying insights contributing to Agency understanding of information.
- Overseeing, creating and documenting current state service through design and research, to identify current participant and staff experience and business processes.
- Advocating for the voice and experience of stakeholders and stakeholders through work processes.
- Leading and facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes, channel and experiences.
- Overseeing end-to-end service experiences in line with the Digital Service Standard, ensuring changes are based on participant and staff need and are consistent for all users across different touchpoints.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (required)
- Experience in - Human-Centred Design, User research, Persona development, Co-design, Usability testing
