As the Assistant Director, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs that enhance workforce capability, employee engagement, and performance. You will have the opportunity to influence policy, provide expert advice, and drive innovative training solutions across a diverse range of functions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this position you will need to be an Australian Citizen, hold a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) or be willing to obtain one
Candidates who are permanently employed in the APS are encouraged to apply as a section 26, labour hire, or NGO. Also, candidates who are currently working in a private sector with strong transferable skills, are highly encouraged to apply.

You will be offered an initial 12-months non-ongoing contract with possible extension in an inclusive and progressive team within one of the Government's leading Department in Canberra.
