Our clients is based in Dandenong South and is a 80 placed centre with a 4-5 kinder funded program. These centres first opened in 2014 to provide families with a new standard of Early Childhood Education and Care, and was inspired by the educational project of Reggio Emilia' philosophy in which our services are founded on and practice project based learning. They have beautiful resources at hand in order to create a stimulating learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- We're searching for a qualified ECT who has completed their Bachelor of early education and has a valid VIT.
- You'll be supported by an enthusiastic Service Manager, a dedicated Curriculum Leader and a passionate team.
- Inspire and encourage your team of Educators to lead quality practice through role modelling, innovation and creativity
- While you are accountable and take ownership, you have the dedicated support of a management team.
- Continuous learning and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education or Working Towards (ACEQA approved Australian equivalent)
- Active Teacher Registration
- A Valid working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Knowledgeable regarding programming, teaching, supporting children within 3-5 year olds.
- Strong organization skills, time management and flexibility.
- Relationship building and ability to work in a team
- Ability to adjust to contemporary teaching.
- Experience as an ECT
