As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will be at the forefront of online strategy, managing everything from paid media campaigns to SEO, email marketing, and CRM flows. You’ll be a master of Klaviyo and Shopify, using your skills to enhance the brand's digital footprint and convert visitors into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience on Shopify.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- SEO: Optimize the website for search engines to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Design, implement, and manage effective email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Create automated CRM flows to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and boost lifetime value.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align digital strategies with broader brand initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role in the fashion or retail industry.
- Expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
