Your new role

The E-Commerce Administrator will serve as a support function to the business and our retail customers. The Agent will liaise with IDT to monitor and maintain the B2B web platform by identifying and resolving technical issues that impact our customers and identify strategies to help support our Business Growth Agenda. They will also assist in creating reports, summarizing e-commerce sales/orders for the replenishment agents and our internal business.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting Stakeholders with e-commerce questions and technical issues.
  • Updating and maintaining all product listings and exclusions in SAP.
  • Activation of accounts and log-ins for all new customers.
  • Liaise with IDT to identify, communicate and resolve any technical issues.
  • Updating customers with supplier notices that are accurate and relevant on promotions, pricing, legislation, brand information and key events on an ADHOC basis.
  • Managing Public Holiday Schedules and provide communication to customers on any adjustments to their schedule.
  • Update digital content on the e-commerce platform – product catalogue, banners, etc.
  • Closely monitor stock levels of SKU’s and manage the availability to customers through ordering platform.
  • Download basic reports summarising sales, orders, etc.

Your skills and experience

  • Completed secondary education or higher.
  • Overall 2 years + of working experience within E-Commerce & or Loyalty programs as a Business Analyst.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Attention to detail ensuring data integrity in salesforce and reporting is maintained and kept up to date.
  • Capable of multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be proactive and results driven.
