Your responsibilities will include:
- Bulk Earthworks
- Leading and overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.
- Managing and coordinating the construction team, subcontractors, and equipment effectively.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
- Operating excavaters and other plant (if necessary)
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest construction standards.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges promptly to maintain project progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on project developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in Bulk Earthworks
- Strong knowledge of Bulk Earthworks techniques, plant operating, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
