    Early Years Education Recruitment Consultant

    Due to incredible growth and success, there is currently an opportunity to join the Early Years education team who work tirelessly to provide temporary educators when child care centres need them most.

    Your responsibilities are:

    • Managing your own portfolio of client accounts
    • Inbound / outbound calls to manage shifts for clients and candidates
    • Build relationships with key internal / external stakeholders
    • Achieve weekly key performance indicators that will see your account grow
    • Conduct on site visits to clients and candidates
    • Regular quality checks focusing on process improvement where required
    • Multitasking and working under pressure with tight deadlines
    To be successful you will be a candidate that takes pride in the work that you do, ambitious and keen for a career path that will offer growth opportunities, exceptional skills in going above and beyond for customers and a true passion for excellence. We are open to ANY previous work experience that involved a fast paced working environment dealing with customers. Exposure to the Early Years sector in any capacity will be highly advantageous but not necessary.
