Your new company
With over 500 services nationally and one of the biggest names in Australian early years Education we are currently working alongside one of our clients to find them their next centre manager.
The centre is looking for a strong, dedicated individual centre manager to help ensure all children are provided to the best head start in their early years of learning and to ensure further engagement, growth and development of their staff members.

Your new position
As the centre manager you will be responsible for the following:
·Develop a positive and engaging community presence
·Rapport building with staff, families and children
·Increase centre occupancy rate
·Managing the day to day operations in line with company policies
·Managing a multi room centre

Your skillset:
·Currently hold a diploma in children services or Bachelor of ECT
·Current WWVP check
·Strong experience in creating and maintaining a centre quality improvement program
·Highly organised and ability to manage conflicting priorities
·Extensive knowledge of the early years framework
