The Centre:

Become immersed in early education that is meaningful and stimulating and help to equip children with the tools they need to be successful in every aspect of their lives.

Set in the beautiful Naremburm area the centre caters for children aged 0-5 years. The staff at the centre have been at the service for many years and have absolute pride in their centre. They work closely together to create an environment where children are fascinated by the educational experiences and where learning is natural.

The centre runs for 50 weeks a year (closed 2 weeks over Christmas). Educators complete 40 weeks of programming and 12 weeks fun programming over the holiday periods throughout the year.

This centre is open to new ideas and wants their educators to express creativity, every day in a new day which brings new ideas and new learning.

The Role:

  • The successful candidate will join this amazing team as the room leader of preschool room.
  • You will possess the necessary skills to continue the outstanding early education programme and to work well amongst the existing team.
  • You will oversee the programme for the preschool room and will be supported by trained and experienced staff.
  • It is a set shift 8.30am to 4.30pm five days a week

Essential for the role are the following:

  • Your Bachelor in Education (Birth to 5 years) approved by ACECQA
  • Experience in programming and planning
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Be a team player , motivated
