Early Childhood Teacher, Float Position | Bronte

Floater position in this child care centre, the chance to work in all rooms, build strong relationships with a variety of educators and build on your experience.

Centre located in Bronte, spacious outdoor area with a separate area for 0-2 year olds, these areas include a vegetable garden and cubby house!

Become immersed in early education that is meaningful and stimulating and help to equip children with the tools they need to be successful in every aspect of their lives.

The company is revisiting the theories behind early education and continues to push the boundaries to make a positive difference in the child care sector.

The Centre

  • Purpose built centre with beautiful indoor and outdoor environment with vegetable and herb garden!
  • The centre has places for 83 children and is a really great place to work and there is a strong, solid team in place.
  • Outstanding learning environment for children is vital in this role. The centres programming is based around the Early Years Learning Framework inclusive of relevant equipment and resources.

Requirements

  • Extensive childcare experience
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Great knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current Working with children check
  • Bachelor of Early Education - approved by ACECQA
  • Have a passion for the sustainability of the planet and be respectful of the community
  • Be a team player
