early childhood teacher - toddler room and pre school room in Fairlight

We have a great opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher in the Fairlight area.

I am looking for 2 ECT’s , 1 in the Toddler and 1 in the Pre-school room.

This centre is only few mins away from the beautiful Manly Beach with a team of qualified and experienced educators. The children are encouraged and supported to develop to their full potential in a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Strong partnerships with families are built by involving them in our program and celebrating the diversity and unique qualities each child and family bring.

The Role:

• Full time / Permanent
• Implement and evaluate a developmentally appropriate program for children
• Observe & plan to ensure the needs of individuals and groups of children are met
• Support educators in their role
• Liaise with parents on a daily basis
• Ensure a safe environment for children and staff

Essential for the role are the following:

• Bachelor in Education (Birth to 5 years) approved ACECQA
• Experience in programming and planning
• Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Be a team player
