The Role:

  • Continue the implementation of a developmentally & educationally appropriate program for each child
  • Monitor the progress of each child & ensure they are socially and emotionally ready for school
  • Guide and mentor other staff
  • Maintain effective communication with parents of each child
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
  • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times

Essentials for this role:

  • Applicants must hold an EarlyChildhood Degree approved by ACECQA
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
  • Bright, friendly and energetic
  • Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
