This centre is located in the heart of Newport, It is a 40 place children for aged 3 to 5 years old.

We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher with leadership skills to work with a highly experienced team. This opportunity will suit someone who strives for excellence and is motivated to make a positive difference.

This role will see you working Thursdays & Fridays for 7.6 hours per day from January 2019 to January 2020.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree level of qualification in Early Childhood or similar as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Valid First Aid including current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management
  • Demonstrated strong understanding and knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, Education and Care Services National Regulations, child protection and WHS legislation
