As an educator you will be committed to nurturing the minds of young children during their early years through play based-child centre approach. A balanced and relaxed environment is implemented encouraging children to be inquisitive and learn about themselves and their environment.

There are extra curricular activities offered, special occasions are always celebrated and there are many different, fun excursions that are offered.

Exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher in this beautiful centre. It is a great opportunity to guide and lead a team! The rooms have a maximum of 20 children in the room. The smaller classrooms enable the opportunity for more appropriate development for the age groups and therefore provide a more focused level of care.

Centre focuses on the development journey as a lifelong learning and realise the potential children have to achieve amazing things as they grow into the people they desire to be.

The centre is a 68 place centre in total and provides a warm, responsive, safe and nurturing environment for all children and families. Passionate staff enable the centre to provide a service with a difference.

In this role you will be:

  • Driving the programming
  • Leading and managing others
  • Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensures needs are met of all children
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents

Essential Criteria:

  • Love your job!
  • Ability to lead others, motivate them and encourage them to excel
  • Strong programming and planning skills and experience
  • Experience in portfolio development for children
  • Great at building relationships with families and children
  • Experience
  • Hold a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood
  • Current Working With Children Check
