This centre is part of an exclusive group of early childhood education services that specialise in providing the best quality care and education for children from birth to five years. The centre is dedicated to extending young children’s opportunities, potential and future success in learning.

This beautiful purpose built centre has beautiful indoor areas which flow out to large outdoor areas. The successful candidate will work on a full time basis and join this fun and dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving activities, new initiatives and design of your own room.

The Role

• Work shifts between 7am & 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Develop and build long-term professional relationships with children, staff and families
• Develop and implement the centre's programs, systems and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centre
• Plan and implement a quality childcare education program in line with the EYLF and in line with National Quality Standards
• Provide effective support, guidance and mentoring to staff members of the centre
• Manage and guide staff with their professional development and their individual goals and performance
• Ad hoc duties as required by management

The Essentials

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff
• The ability to develop effective and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communicator skills
• A solid understanding of EYLF, policies, procedures and regulations
• Current First Aid Certificate including Anaphylaxis training, WWCC
