We are looking to recruit an Early Childhood Teacher to join the team in the toddler room. The team of educators is vital to the successful operation of the centre and each team member is valued and respected.

The Centre

  • Oportunities to attend workshops, training programs and networking to further your skills and experience are provided.
  • The indoor learning environments are spacious, well-resourced and homelike.
  • The outdoor learning environment has been designed with a focus on a more naturalistic play space using imaginative and interesting natural elements to enhance children's quality play.

Essential Qualifications for the role;

  • Early Childhood Teaching Degree (approved by ACECQA)
  • Current APPROVED Working With Children Check
  • A current first aid certificate
  • Current Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Current Child Protection Training

Essential attributes for the role;

  • Strong understanding of the NQF & EYLF
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to form and maintain warm, respectful relationships with families and children and to foster a community spirit
  • A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a passionate, committed and highly driven team of educators.
