About this exciting opportunity:

Randstad is partnering exclusively with our client EACH in the recruitment of a number of Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) coordinators across their Liverpool and Campbelltown locations, as part of their position as an NDIS partner.

You will be working as a key member of this transdisciplinary team to support families with children (aged 0-6) who may have a diagnosed disability or suspected developmental delay.


  • Your role will be to work with families to assess their child's needs and make recommendations about what may be the most appropriate support to help the child achieve their goals and participate in daily activities at home and in the community.
  • This may include connecting to local specialist and mainstream services, short to medium term early intervention supports and, where a child needs longer term specialised earlier intervention, assist families to apply for and use of an NDIS funded plan.
  • Providing access to early intervention that will help children under 6 years to develop the skills they need to take part in everyday activities and to be included in family and community life.
  • You will be working alongside other allied health professionals, early childhood teachers & specialists.

This role will include meeting with the significant people in the child's life and preparing reports, documentation and accurate records in accordance with the NDIS requirements.

About you:

You will have demonstrated

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to build and develop rapport with children and families alike
  • Experience working with (families and) children of young ages who may have a suspected developmental delay and/or a diagnosed disability
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and legislation is preferable but training is provided

Your qualifications

  • Ideally a Bachelors qualification in Early Childhood Education or Allied Health such as: speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy etc. Those with Diploma of Children's Services AND an Allied health background will be considered
  • Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Professional registration with relevant allied health governing bodies (if relevant)
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle
