    Early Childhood Coordinators will be specialists in Allied Health such as Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists or Early Childhood Teachers with expertise in Early Childhood Development. There are multiple opportunities available in Melton, Niddrie, Broadmeadows and South Melbourne, VIC!

    Your Role:
    • Support the delivery of a high quality Early Childhood service in accordance with the contract, program guidelines, ECIS best practice principles and relevant legislative obligations.
    • Implement and maintain relationships with stakeholders, e.g. children’s service providers, peak bodies, advocacy groups, NDIA, with the aim of working collaboratively to ensure best practice is upheld and customers experience continuity of service.
    • Ensure practices are in place to enable service level monitoring, evaluation and reporting against KPIs and to ensure required outcomes and performance measures are met.
    • In partnership with families you will develop individualised plans that will accurately record the family’s priorities and needs.
    • Efficiently and effectively manage a complex case/client list.

    About you:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification, industry experience and registration with AHPRA or other relevant body.
    • Extensive knowledge and application of early childhood development, developmental delay and the early intervention service sector.
    • Ability to identify the needs of children and their families and make judgements regarding eligibility for Early Childhood NDIS support services.
    • Permanent Resident or Citizen

    Benefits:
    • Remuneration package between $83,204.61 to $89,147.80 per annum including superannuation
    • Vehicle allowance of $13,000 per annum
    • Full optional benefit of tax effective Not-for-profit salary packaging
    • 4 weeks of annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading on top)
    • Flexible working options with Rostered Days Off (RDO) available
