The Role:
My client is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join their close knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA who has previously supported C-level executives to provide high level, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the this busy high level Executive.

My client are among the best internationally in their field, they operate out of multiple countries worldwide, and they are continuously expanding. In order to be successful in this position among other things you will need to be able to contribute to the efficient operations of a complex multinational business. It is of high importance that you can also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced MS Word and PowerPoint as well as great communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative and secretarial support including all legal and commercial documentation
• Domestic and international travel coordination
• Preparation of documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Handling general enquiries and requests
• Diary management for the CEO
• Minute taking and following up on meeting actions
• Event coordination and organisation
• Communication management on behalf of the CEO
• Handling couriers and deliveries and processing expenses
• Office management including kitchen and stationery supplies
• Liaison with Facilities Management, including security, distribution and management of access passes
• Marketing support and administration.

Your Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience supporting C-Level executives
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Exceptional at building client relationships
• High degree of personal commitment and confidentiality
• Flexibility and adaptability day to day
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask
• Adaptable to change
• Previous experience working for an ASX listed company an advantage
