Your new role

Drive E-commerce revenue through website and microsites using your expertise in content, product and promotional management through to completion. The chosen candidate will be a team player who is passionate and possess excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and a drive to succeed.

This is the ideal role for a digitally savvy e-commerce specialist who welcomes the prospect to thrive in an environment where change and challenge is welcome.

Key Duties:

  • Identify gaps, review and improve content based on engagement and analytics data.
  • Manage projects, proactively recommending solutions and gathering requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with Brand and Product Category Teams.
  • Champion the delivery of category-defining digital experience.
  • Responsible for providing specialist advice and expertise on web content management, information architecture and search engine optimisation for the organisation’s website.
  • Responsible for delivering user friendly content that drives business outcomes and ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales growth.
  • Manage all websites, sales portals and microsites – regular content review, updates, price and product management and approvals.
  • Responsible for product, price and promotional management across the online eco-system.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum: Degree - Bachelor of Commerce/Business.
  • Intermediate experience in web publishing including using Photoshop and HTML.
  • Experience in vendor management and project management.
  • Deep Web CMS expertise, preferably SAP Hybris or similer e-commerce platform.
  • Demonstrated creative background with experience in developing original ideas into original content for digital audiences.
  • Experience in web publishing including using Photoshop, Javascript, CSS and HTML.
  • Proficient in Web CMS and product management systems, SAP Hybris preferable.
  • Proficient in Google and Adobe Analytics.
