Our client:

An established overseas payment provider, who has been operating in Australia for the past 3 years. With a local head office in the Sydney CBD. Looking to boost their online pressence and overal market share in the ANZ region.

The role:

This existing role is available for an experienced ecommerce Manager who is fluent in English and Mandarin, can lead a team of six and build upon their skills and further develop their skillsets.

What you bring to the role:

Bring a fresh breath on interpreting the global marketing strategy and work on the growing ANZ market. You will be experienced in managing a marketing and operations budget. Have managed existing and new partnerships in the past. Are able to leverage relations with channel partners to establish continuous growth and improvement.

You're responsible for:

  • Team management: making sure they have the right skills and resources to perform their jobs and assist you in growing market share.
  • Customer Insights: provide insights on SEA travellers, residents and students.
  • Channel Development: identify local channels to partner with and drive engagement for SEA target audience.
  • Branding: closely work with head office in understanding brand identity and strategy and translate that to effective local digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: brainstorm, devise strategy, execute and optimize online campaigns. Backed by clear measurements and leveraging data to improve.
  • Partnerships: support the sales team with the right marketing strategy, assuring that your team is able to create the right collateral and marketing support form them to succeed.


What you already have:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years experience.
  • You speak fluent English and Mandarin.
  • You are highly analytical and have a strategic mindset, with the proven ability to translate strategy to day to day operations
