Our valued client is a world-class zinc-lead mine with a long future of mine life. They produce and process zinc, lead and silver from an open cut mine. It is then stored and transported to their Bing Bong loading facility and is shipped to customers all over the world.

What you have to look forward too:

This role will be responsible for Engineering within the Drill and Blast functions. With a focus on maintaining a motivated workforce that is committed to the success of site, upholding company values. You will have a direct impact on ensuring the design plan is delivered so the business meets their overall targets.

If you can communicate ideas, liaise with the crews to manage drill and blast designs and plans.

If you are highly organised and a confident communicator that can keep their cool under pressure you will fit right in to our dynamic crew. Our team vibe is energetic & collaborative and the role is fast paced with no two days being the same.

Experience using Vulcan and Microsoft Office

Carry out non-conformance investigations and end of month reconciliations and reporting

Site facilities:

Life at site can be described as one of the best mine sites in Australia. Offering amazing cuisine, privacy of you own acommodation for rest and relaxation at the end of a busy day. If you like to keep fit the gym, tennis courts and swimming pool is availble to keep you active. Alternatively a cinema experience might be more suited to you. With so many facilities to offer, the 8 days will go so quickly, ready to return home.
