    Your new company is a multidisciplinary consultancy team where they work collaboratively with their clients to provide support throughout all stages of the project's life cycle. Their vision is to collaborate and challenge their clients to understand their key issues and needs.


    Your new duties

    • You will be responsible for following all document control processes and procedures
    • Recording and transmitting incoming and outgoing documentation and assisting with reporting to all clients
    • Maintaining multiple project registers
    • Assist in documentation preparation and verification using internal and external guidelines
    • Provide support in team environment to to achieve delivery
    • General administration support to the business

    Requirements

    • Have worked on a similar role
    • Have at least 3 years of relevant document control experience and use of document control software
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize and be thorough
    • Right to work in Australia
