Position Summary:
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient document management system that supports the smooth flow of information across various departments.

... - Document Management:
- Receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Ensure documents are classified and stored appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with different departments to follow document control procedures.
- Version Control:
- Maintain version control for all documents to ensure that employees access the latest revisions.
- Monitor and update document metadata, including dates, authorship, and approvals.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all documents adhere to relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update document control processes accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of document management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other document control software.
