Due to their commitment to careful and sustained growth they are looking to add a seasoned Parts & Accessories Development Manager to collaborate with the District Sales Team. The Role In this Gold Coast based role you, as Parts & Accessories Development Manager, will report directly to the Senior Purchasing Manager. This is not just a parts role. Your duties will be strategic and you will have the opportunity to:Create, define and manage KPIs to accurately measure growth in sales and product improvementEngage and work with key internal stakeholders, including R&D and Sales, to identify and grow sales in new products and accessoriesEngage with and customer serve the dealer network to increase parts sales and serviceabilityManage reporting on competitor activities and industry trends Your Profile You will have demonstrated experience in marine manufacturing. An understanding of dealer or distributor network relationships will be highly regarded. You will have highly developed communication skills and a proven history in developing relationships.
