About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Dispute Resolution Advisor/Specialist in the worker's compensation field to join one of the leading NSW Government based in Parramatta for an immediate start.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide high quality customer service to return-to-worker & support clients
  • Assist and support the team in the completion of quality reviews of liability and work capacity disputes within legislated timeframes.
  • Assist in the delivery of accurate, timely, empathetic and efficient end-to-end resolution of customer disputes.
  • Work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support consultation and negotiation with legal firms on complex litigation

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

  • Comprehensive understanding of workers insurance legislation and ability to articulate it
  • Minimum 2 years experience in workers compensation industry
  • High attention to detail & accuracy
  • High level communication service skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team as well as independantly
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
