You will lead operational teams ensuring services reflect customer needs, the organisation’s core purpose, and deliver agreed quality outcomes for customers and the organisation.

  • Lead a team of experienced & passionate healthcare workers with your excellent communication skills to give clear & effective orders to identify area of success or improvement in staff performance
  • Oversee & ensure a high quality of patient –centered care is achieved through a person – centred approach
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Be proactive and consult with your team & key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement & assist the organisations growth

  • Passionate about working with individuals living with a disability
  • Previous experience working in nursing OR mental health OR disability
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the NDIS (Highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, managing front-line healthcare workers
  • Knowledge of and capacity to apply Equal Opportunity and Workplace Health & Safety principles in the workplace.
