The Centre

This exceeding 100 place service located in the Narellan area offers warm and engaging environments created for children to thrive as they grow. They practice holistic, interest-based programming as well as including family input. All educators are supported and provided ongoing training by industry professionals to uphold quality childcare and maintain company standards.

The Role

Your role will be as the Centre Director of the service

Responsibilities are to:

  • Lead a team to implement and adhere to high-quality practices
  • Motivate, support and work in partnership with the Assistant Director, Educational Leader and all educators, driving them to excel as they deliver care and educational programs to children.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to implement across the service, ensuring this aligns with legislation and company policies, procedures and brand values.

About You

To be successful in this position you must have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (equivalent or higher) or working towards the qualification (ACECQA-approved)
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma Manager
  • A current Working with Children’s Check
