job description

Our client is looking for a passionate Area Manager to join their team. You will mentor, create educational programs, observe, and maintain relevant documentation.

The organisation is a national client who believe in investing in their staff and opening doors for their employees. They cater for children and ensure each child receives quality education and the vital social skills necessary to thrive. The role itself is located in the south of Perth, and comes highly recommended with an outstanding reputation and adapting to each child’s needs. You will be managing the early years centres across WA- training and assessing is a big component of this role.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or higher
  • Current Working with Children Check or equivalent;
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent desired
  • Diploma of Management desired
  • Solid understanding and ability to explain the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current driver's licence
